Aletheiaby Lonia AI

Enterprise

Accessibility tooling your whole organization controls.

Aletheia Enterprise gives corporate accessibility teams, healthcare systems, government agencies, and large nonprofits a per-seat license sized by seat count, with bring-your-own-key AI for cost control and audit logging that records remediation actions for accessibility and compliance teams.

Why Enterprise

For organizations that answer to auditors and regulators.

Per-seat graduated pricing

Graduated per-seat licensing across five bands, from a 25-seat minimum, with each seat priced by the band it falls into as your seat count grows. Each seat includes 7500 scans per month, up to 500 pages per scan.

Bring your own key

Connect your organization's own Anthropic, OpenAI, or OpenRouter key for cloud AI at your own cost, with on-device fallback. Aletheia does not resell cloud AI on this tier. Your admin enrolls one institution-managed key with Lonia's Enterprise Worker, which envelope-encrypts it using a master-key wrapping mechanism (the industry-standard pattern used by AWS KMS and HashiCorp Vault) and stores it encrypted at rest. When any seat makes an Enhanced AI request, the Worker decrypts the key at request time to call the provider on your institution's behalf, so every seat's usage bills to your single provider account. Individual seats never see or handle the key, and the key material is never returned to any client.

ACH billing

Institutional billing by ACH, with consolidated invoicing and procurement-ready terms.

Audit logging

Audit logging that records remediation actions for your accessibility and compliance teams.

Privacy-walled admin dashboard

Administrators manage seats and licensing, not the content individual users process. The dashboard is walled off from user document content.

Regulatory compliance support

WCAG 2.2 Level AA and Section 508 alignment across the tool, built from the ground up rather than retrofitted, with HIPAA-aware PII detection supporting accessibility and privacy obligations for healthcare, government, and enterprise teams.

Enterprise pricing

Sized to your seat count.

Graduated per-seat pricing, where each seat is priced by the band it falls into. Stripe calculates your total automatically at checkout, once you have signed in and entered your seat count.

Minimum 25 seats. Graduated pricing: Stripe calculates automatically. Starts at $24.99 per seat per month, $274.89 per seat per year for the first band, with each higher band priced at its own lower rate.

Every seat includes 7500 scans per month, up to 500 pages per scan, with bring-your-own-key Enhanced AI and on-device fallback. A scan is one file upload, one webpage capture, or one camera capture. File scans can run to the page limit; webpage and camera captures always count as one scan, however long the content is.

Enterprise tier requires sign-in with Google or Microsoft to create your institution's admin account. You'll enter institution details and be redirected to secure Stripe checkout.
