Campus
Accessible course materials, deployed campus-wide.
Aletheia Campus gives disability services offices, IT accessibility teams, and procurement a per-seat license sized to enrollment. Every student gets a tool that rebuilds inaccessible readings, scanned PDFs, and forms on their own device.
Why Campus
What education buyers actually need and deploy.
Campus serves universities, colleges, community colleges, K-12 school districts, and state higher-education systems.
Per-seat volume pricing
Volume per-seat licensing across five bands, with the rate sized to your enrollment, from a 50-seat minimum. The whole account is priced at the band it reaches.
ACH billing
Institutional billing by ACH, with consolidated invoicing and procurement-ready terms rather than individual card subscriptions.
FERPA data segmentation, live
Student documents are processed and stored on each student's device, so there is no central store of student content for an administrator, or anyone else, to browse. Student-scoped account data carries an institution identifier that bounds each administrator to their own institution, is classified K-12 or higher education, and is deleted on a configurable retention schedule (365-day default). Individual student visibility runs through a separate FERPA-privileged path that is off by default, gated twice, and audit-logged on every use.
Privacy-walled admin dashboard
Administrators manage seats and licensing, not student content. The dashboard is walled off from what individual students process and keep.
On-device processing across all seats
Campus uses on-device AI for every seat. Descriptions, OCR, and restructuring run in the browser, with no cloud AI dependency or per-image cost. Each seat includes 1500 scans per month, up to 500 pages per scan.
Accessible by the same standard
WCAG 2.2 Level AA and Section 508 compliance, built from the ground up, not retrofitted, so the tool you deploy to meet access obligations is itself accessible.
Read the Campus VPAT accessibility report online, or download the tagged PDF, alongside the rest of the accessibility procurement documentation in the compliance documents section below. Section 508 alignment is documented, and FERPA data segmentation is live: institution-scoped student data, configurable retention, and a two-gate, audit-logged privileged-access path.
Campus pricing
Sized to your enrollment.
Per-seat pricing using Campus volume bands, with lower per-seat rates as enrollment increases. Stripe calculates your total automatically at checkout, once you have signed in and entered your seat count.
Minimum 50 seats. Volume pricing. Starts at $12.99 per seat per month, $142.89 per seat per year, and the whole account moves to a lower per-seat rate as enrollment grows.
Every seat includes 1500 scans per month, up to 500 pages per scan, with on-device processing on every seat. A scan is one file upload, one webpage capture, or one camera capture. File scans can run to the page limit; webpage and camera captures always count as one scan, however long the content is.
Campus tier requires sign-in with your school Google or Microsoft account to verify your academic domain. You'll enter institution details and be redirected to secure Stripe checkout.
